43 people screened at West Mambalam

The Chennai team of TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) held a screening camp along with NGO Dasya Trust, West Mambalam.

The camp, held on behalf of TANKER Foundation, was conducted at Panigraha Marriage Hall Saturday, September 24, 2022.

In all, 43 members were screened and their BMI, BP, random blood sample and urine were tested.

It was found that most people had a lot of protein and glucose in their urine. So, most of them were referred to Public Health Centres.

Dr. Sharmila was at hand to help the TAPP team of Mrs. Ramapriya and Mrs. Deepa.

Intern, Ms. Rohini of D.G. Vaishnav College, Arumbakkam, and volunteer, Mrs. Anitha, provided great support.
