An awareness programme was conducted by the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation at Medavakkam, Chennai, which saw the participation of 36 members of the public.

The venue of the programme, held Tuesday, September 26, 2023, was the Society for the Upliftment of the Economically Backward (SUEB).

TAPP members, Mrs. Ramapriya and Mrs. Deepa, conducted the camp, and Mrs. Deepa gave the awareness talk.

They were ably assisted by Ms. Azhageswari and Ms. Swetha, interns from Madras University, and Ms. Jeevarani, an intern from D.G. Vaishnav College, Arumbakkam, Chennai.

SUEB staff, Mrs. Hemalatha, gave the introductions before the start of the programme.
