The head of TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) of TANKER Foundation, Mrs. Rajalakshmi Ravi, was invited by Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS) at Padur to give an awareness talk on kidney health.

The TAPP team consisted of Mrs. Rajalakshmi Ravi and Mrs. Rukmini. They were ably supported by Mrs. Sathya, who belongs to NGO iVolunteer.

The team created awareness among the 200 students on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at the programme organised by the NSS unit of HITS.

Mr. Gnanasekaran, NSS Co-ordinator of the institution, welcomed the gathering.

But there were no questions from the students.

Mrs. Rajalakshmi’s talk was followed by a talk on organ donation by Mr. Ganesh of MOHAN Foundation.
