People usually receive gifts on their birthdays. But, one of our patients from the Vellore dialysis unit decided to celebrate his birthday by ‘giving away’ gifts to the staff of the unit.

Mr. Srinivasan has been undergoing dialysis at the Vellore unit for the past four years. He has so far completed 500 dialyses at the unit. On Saturday, September 11, 2021, he celebrated his 59th birthday.

So, on Thursday, September 16, 2021, he visited the unit as a donor. He presented gifts to all the staff of the unit. That was a special thanksgiving for the staff who appreciated his generous gesture and wished him well.
