DMS insurance officer visits unit

An official of the Directorate of Medical and Rural Health Services (DMS) visited the Injambakkam dialysis unit of TANKER Foundation Friday, June 17, 2022.

The official, insurance officer of the Chief Minister’s Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme, Dr. Poongavanan, verified patients’ documents and records.

He checked the RO culture report and inspected the reprocessing area and bio medical waste.
The staff of the unit explained in detail about the functioning of the unit.

When he sought some documents, they were also presented to him. He expressed satisfaction at the way the unit was being run.

The staff honoured him with the TANKER memento, a personalised, special, ceramic mug. They also handed over a TANKER brochure.
