TANKER Foundation Founder Trustee, Dr Georgi Abraham, was the chief guest at the event where artificial legs were donated to two persons in Nepal.

The donation event was organised Saturday, December 23, 2023, by the Shri Pashupati Gaushala Dharamshala in Nepal. Mr. Dil Bahadur Dhami, who does not have a leg below his right knee, Mr. Jyangpal Tiruva, who had the same condition, were given artificial legs by the trust.

President of Shri Pashupati Gaushala Dharamshala, Mr. Chaturbhuj Sariya, Director of Helping Hand USA, Mr. Syed Khalid Maseed, Honorary Vice-President of Shri Pashupati Gaushala Dharamshala, Mr. Sumit Kumar Khetan, General Secretary, Mr. Mahavir Ghiraiya, Treasurer, Mr. Suresh Kumar Mittal, working committee member and co-ordinator of artificial leg workshop, Mr. Vinod Goyal, President of Helping Hand Nepal, Mr. Jibhav Pokharel, former Additional Inspector General of Nepal Police, Mr. Ramesh Kharel, participated in the event.

The programme was coordinated by Mr. Ashok Kumar Agarwal (Garg), co-treasurer of Shri Gaushala Dharamshala and coordinator of the artificial feet workshop.

The chief guest and other guests also visited the Gaushala Dharamshala, cowshed and dialysis centre on the occasion.

The work of providing artificial feet is being carried out continuously with the cooperation of large-hearted donors from civil society.
