Students of Madurai’s Glanis Institute of Allied Health Sciences that is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, who had been assigned to TANKER Foundation, Madurai, for clinical training are full of gratitude for the training they received there.
The nine students, who are into second and third year of B.Sc. Dialysis Technology at Glanis Institute of Allied Health Sciences, were unanimous in stating that the training was very useful and informative.
They individually enumerated all that they learnt there, including about what sterile means, and other useful techniques involved in being a dialysis technician.
They praised the experienced technicians of TANKER Foundation who lent them a patient ear and cleared all their doubts. One of the students even said if they asked a doubt that the staff could not clear, they would look it up and clear it the next day.
The three-month, hands-on training that the students had received made one of them say that if she had to do clinical training again, she would want to come back to TANKER Foundation.
All the students expressed their gratitude to Glanis Institute and TANKER Foundation for the great opportunity of learning.
