During the screening camp held by the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation at Milton Garments in Tirupur, there was a sizeable turnout of participants.

Remarks: Some new cases of diabetes and hypertension were detected at the camp. Some people were also found to have protein in urine as also urine glucose. Such participants were referred to the nearby government and private hospitals.

Dr. Mahadevan also made it a point to provide dietary advice to all the participants.
