The Chennai team of TANKER Foundation’s TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) conducted a screening camp for inmates and staff of the Annai Terasa Charitable Trust, Kolathur. March 31, 2023.

TAPP team members Mrs. Ramapriya and Mrs. Deepa were guided by Dr. Padma.

A volunteer also joined them.

The venue was the Annai Terasa Charitable Trust, Madhanankuppam, Kolathur.

In all, 47 inmates and staff of the trust had their BMI and blood pressure checked and capillary blood glucose and urine tested.

The TAPP team found blood sugar and protein urea a little high among a few people. They were referred to their physicians for follow-up action.
