Kidney screening camp at Thanjavur

With TANKER Foundation acting as a coordinator, a kidney screening camp is to be held in Thanjavur by people of the Nagarathar community.

Organised by the Nagarathar Physicians of North America and International (iNPNA) Nagarathar Health Club (NHC) and Thanjavur Nagarathar Sangam, the camp will be held Sunday, April 17, 2022, at Thanjavur. The camp begins at 8 am, says a note from the organisers.

Though the camp is open to persons of all ages, preference would be given for those with high blood pressure and those suffering from diabetes and kidney diseases, adds the note.

TANKER is partnering to hold the camp to screen and identify (early detection) kidney problems.
