An awareness programme was conducted by the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation at the Bharathi Institute of Medical Science, Goods Shed Street, Madurai, Thursday, November 2, 2023.

Madurai Co-ordinator, Mr. V. Alagumalai, conducted the programme and took questions from the 41 students and faculty.

They raised important questions like the causes leading to kidney diseases, kidney stone formation and importance of water consumption and nephrons care.

The students sought dietary advice for kidney health, which was provided by Mr. Alagumalai.

Principal, Mr. Ezhil, and Admin, Mrs. Julee, gave an introductory talk about TANKER Foundation and its services.
