TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) head, Mrs. Rajalakshmi Ravi, of TANKER Foundation, Saturday, June 22, 2024, honoured the patients who helped organise the ‘Prevention through Patient Program’ at Madhanamkuppam, Chennai, on Saturday, June 15, 2024.

She presented a TANKER memento, a personalised, special, ceramic mug that contains the images of TANKER trustees, the Goodwill Ambassador and some patient-beneficiaries when she visited Mr. Baskaran and Mr. Karthick at the Ambattur dialysis unit.

She also handed over Appreciation Certificates to the two patients.

It may be recalled that as part of the Prevention through Patient Program, the TAPP team held a screening camp at Madhanamkuppam.

Dr. Sharmila was at hand to guide the TAPP team consisting of Mrs. Ramapriya and Mrs. Deepa. Volunteers, Mr. Parthiban and Ms. Nandhini, provided the necessary support to the TAPP team.

In all, 75 auto drivers and members of the general public benefited through the camp.
