The release of the TANKER Foundation book, ‘Shining the Light of Hope – The Healing Touch’, (in English and Tamil), by Greater Chennai Corporation Commissioner, Dr. J. Radhakrishnan, was a glittering function Saturday, November 4, 2023.

TANKER Foundation Founder-Trustee, Dr. Georgi Abraham, has inspired TANKER patients and staff, who are called Angels on Earth by Managing-Trustee, Mrs. Latha A. Kumaraswami, to write their stories.

Some of the patient-writers and long-time staff members were introduced to the audience and honoured by Dr. Radhakrishnan.

It was a thrilling moment for the patients and the staff.
