The RO Plant for the Rekha Memorial Renny Abraham Ambattur Rotary TANKER Foundation Dialysis Unit, and cots for four other TANKER units donated by ICICI Foundation was inaugurated by Mrs. Aarthi Kannan, Zonal Head – GIB, ICICI Bank Ltd, in the presence of Mr. Raja, Regional Head – GIB, ICICI Bank Ltd, and other ICICI team members.
The event took place Thursday, February 16, 2023.
The generous donation, which amounts to over Rs 40 lakhs, will benefit the underprivileged patients of TANKER Foundation.
TANKER Foundation Managing Trustee, Mrs. Latha A. Kumaraswami, welcomed the donors and gave an update of the service being rendered by TANKER. She also deeply appreciated all the staff of TANKER and called them Angels on Earth who are doing selfless service.
Mrs. Aarthi Kannan greatly appreciated the dedicated service by TANKER and their wonderful staff. She said ICICI Foundation was committed to helping the underprivileged through various projects.
TANKER Foundation Deputy General Manager, Mrs. S. Geetha, explained the process and importance of RO water in dialysis.
TANKER Foundation Head Admin, Mrs Vasanthi Ravichander, proposed a vote of thanks.
