In a grand gesture, the Rotary Club of Anna Nagar Madras, made a donation through its Global Grant Dialysis Project to TANKER Foundation Thursday, December 16, 2021.
An initiative of District 3232 of Rotary Club, the cheque was received by TANKER Foundation Head Admin, Mrs. Vasanthi Ravichander.
Speaking at the function, Mrs. Vasanthi Ravichander seized the opportunity to spread awareness about kidney health. She enumerated the various ways to maintain a healthy kidney.
Mr. Ambalavanan of The Rotary Foundation was the chief guest. President of Rotary Club of Anna Nagar Madras, Ms. Renu K. Sawlani, Secretary of the club, Ms. Lekha Venugopal, and Mr. P.P. Gireeshan, Foundation Chairman, participated.
Rotary Club of Chennai Capital President, Mr. Rajiv Sampat, husband of the President of Rotary Club of Anna Nagar Madras, Mr. Kishore Sawlani, and Mrs. Vasanthi Ravichander’s husband, a member of the club, Mr. Ravichander, joined the function.
