Screening camp at Guindy SIDCO office

TANKER Foundation’s TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team from Chennai conducted a screening camp at SIDCO Industrial Office, Guindy, Wednesday, September 21, 2022.

The camp that was held at the SIDCO Conference Hall, saw the participation of 110 people.

All the participants had their BMI, BP, urine and blood tested by the TAPP team.

It was found that more people had high BMI and random blood sugar was also high for many people. Most people were referred to private hospitals for further tests and treatment.

Dr Nikitha was at hand to provide medical support to the TAPP team led by Mrs. Ramapriya, co-ordinator and Mrs. Deepa.

They were ably assisted by Ms. Rohini, an intern from DG Vaishnav College, Arumbakkam.
