A screening camp was conducted at Haritha Automation Pvt Ltd at Royapettah, Chennai, on behalf of Bharathi Seva Sangam.
The camp, held Sunday, February 26, 2023, saw the participation of 52 members of the general public.
Dr. Padma guided the TAPP team consisting of TAPP Head, Mrs. Rajalakshmi Ravi, and Mrs. Ramapriya and Mrs. Deepa.
Three interns ably assisted the TAPP team.
The BMI and blood pressure of the participants were checked and their capillary blood glucose and urine tested.
The camp saw more male participants than female participants.
Some new diabetes and HTN cases were detected. Such people were referred to Royapettah primary health centre.
