The TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation conducted an awareness programme at Agaram Then panchayat office, Camp Road, Tambaram, Wednesday, October 8, 2025, where Program Co-ordinator, Mrs. Bhuvana, gave a detailed talk on maintaining kidney health.

Remarks: During the awareness programme at the Agaram Then panchayat office, Camp Road, Paduvanchery, Madambakkam, the session was handled by Mrs. Bhuvana. She told the gathering about the importance of maintaining kidney health.
She explained that uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure were major causes for kidney disease, emphasising the need for regular health check-ups and proper management of these conditions.
Mrs. Bhuvana highlighted that the consumption of alcohol and smoking were significant contributors to kidney damage and encouraged participants to adopt a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet to prevent such diseases.
Program Co-ordinator, Mrs. Ramapriya, provided the introduction to the programme.
