Remarks: The awareness programme at Thangamani Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Pattabiram, focused on educating the staff and students of classes 10, 11 and 12 about kidney health.
Mr. Hemeshwaran, the Program Coordinator, delivered an insightful talk on kidney health, detailing the essential functions of kidneys and providing valuable tips on how to maintain their well-being. The session included an interactive question and answer session, led by Mrs. Ramapriya, which helped clarify common doubts about kidney disease and prevention.
Additionally, Mr. Danial, a well-wisher of TANKER Foundation, shared his perspective on recognising the early symptoms of kidney disease.
The programme was attended by 100 staff and students, who not only gained awareness about kidney health but also received practical advice on preventing kidney-related issues.
The event was made possible with the support of Mr. Jayaprakash, Correspondent, who was felicitated by the TAPP team for his efforts in bringing this important session to the school.
