A slew of awards was presented to the staff of TANKER Foundation at the 29th Annual Charity and Awards Nite, Friday, March 25, 2022, at Savera Hotel, Chennai.
The staff received the awards from the hands of the chief guest, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, Governor of Telangana, and Lt. Governor of Puducherry, at the hybrid event.

The TANKER Service Award 2021 was presented to Mrs. Sabitha, Senior Executive, Admin and HR. She was chosen for the award for putting in more than 10 years of selfless service in TANKER.

The Stars of the Year Award for 2021 went to four senior staff:

Mr. Giridharan, Senior Unit Manager – Ambattur
Mr. Samuel, Senior Unit Manager, Madurai
Mr. Thyagarajan, Unit Manager, Vellore
Mr. Jinukumar, Unit Manager, Tiruppur
The ‘stars’ were awarded for their performance, commitment, dedication, leadership
and discipline.

Mr. Vijayanand Kumar, Mr. Arasu – Madurai unit
This award goes to individuals who have never been late to work throughout the year despite
the pandemic and the subsequent lockdowns.
