Grandparents’ memory celebrated

Two grandsons made a touching gesture in memory of their grandfather and grandmother.

A handsome donation was made to the Madurai dialysis unit of TANKER Foundation by the grandsons of Mr. Abdul Azeez and Mrs. Kurshid Begum.

Mrs. Kurshid Begum was the wife of Mr. Abdul Azeez. She was a CKD patient and underwent hemodialysis in Vellore Christian Medical College in the early ‘80s.

It was the habit of Mr. Azeez to make donations in memory of his wife. But he passed away recently.

Nevertheless, his grandsons, Mr. Mohammed Assim and Mr. Yunus, are following in the footsteps of their grandfather and continued the tradition of making donations to us.

Mr. Assim and Mr. Yunus were presented with the TANKER memento, a personalised, special, ceramic mug.
