The TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation conducted a roadshow at the TANKER dialysis unit at Valluvarkottam, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Thursday, July 10, 2025. Staff members from the Valluvarkottam dialysis unit — Mr. Karthik, Ms. Somiya and Ms. Devika — actively participated in the roadshow.

Venue: 97, Kodambakkam High Road, Opp Valluvarkottam, Nungambakkam, Chennai.
Remarks: A total of 200 leaflets were distributed to the general public by the TAPP team at the venue as part of the roadshow. People showed great interest in learning about kidney health and the activities of TANKER Foundation.

Staff members from the Valluvarkottam dialysis unit — Mr. Karthik, Ms. Somiya and Ms. Devika — actively participated in the programme and assisted with the distribution of the leaflets.

Ms. Yamini, an intern from CTTE College, also took part in the programme.

This initiative successfully increased public awareness about kidney diseases and the services provided by TANKER Foundation.

It also enabled the team to interact with the public, engage with patients and establish connections with schools for future awareness and screening programmes.
