An awareness programme on kidney health was conducted by the Program Co-ordinator of TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team, Mr. Hemeshwaran, of TANKER Foundation, at the Vidya Ratna PTS Matric Higher Secondary School in Adyar, Chennai, Wednesday, June 18, 2025. The 300 students and staff participated actively in the session.

Remarks: The around 300 students – from class 8 to class 11 – including teaching staff, actively engaged themselves throughout the awareness session that was anchored by Mr. Hemeshwaran, the Program Coordinator.

Mr. Hemeshwaran delivered an engaging and interactive talk, focusing on the importance of kidney health, early signs of kidney disease and preventive care.

The session was well-received and successfully created awareness among the participants about maintaining kidney health.
