A screening camp was conducted on behalf of TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) of TANKER Foundation at the Sri Agilandeshwari Mariyamman Temple in Vellore Thursday, September 25, 2025, where Dr. Kanmani led the team of Vellore unit staff to carry out the screening.

Remarks: During the screening, 13 individuals were found to have high random blood sugar levels, of whom one person were newly-diagnosed with diabetes.

Additionally, nine individuals were identified with elevated blood pressure.

A total of 22 high-risk cases were referred to the primary health centre and government hospital for further evaluation.
