A screening camp, initiated by Daasya Trust, was conducted by the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation at the O.P. Ramasamy Reddiyar National Public Welfare Association, T. Nagar, Chennai, Saturday, June 28, 2025. Dr. Prasanna Kumar guided the TAPP team members, Mrs. Ramapriya and Mrs. Deepa.

Remarks: The screening camp was initiated by Daasya Trust. During the screening, 34 individuals were found to have high random blood sugar levels, of whom 12 were newly-diagnosed with diabetes.

Additionally, 31 individuals were identified with elevated blood pressure.

A total of 22 high-risk cases were referred to the primary health centre for further evaluation.
Dietary advice was provided by the TAPP team.
