The TANKER Foundation 30thAnnual Charityand Awards Nite that was a gala affair Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at Hotel Savera, RK Salai, Chennai, was also an evening to show its gratitude to the staff who work tirelessly throughout the year.

TANKER staff awards were presented in different categories like Service, Dedication, Commitment, Punctuality and the latest one being Awareness Initiative.

TANKER STAR OF THE YEAR 2022

The TANKER Star of the Year 2022 Award is presented based on the parameters of their individual performance going beyond the call of duty, TANKER Experience, Individual Punctuality, Contribution to Team work.

TANKER AWARD FOR PUNCTUALITY 2022

Every year, TANKER recognises the individual employee who has and the unit that has been punctual throughout the whole year. Twentytwo persons won the award this year including admin and accounts staff, unit heads, dialysis technicians, dialysis technologists and housekeepers.

TANKER AWARENESS INITIATIVES 2022

A new category of recognition was initiated effective 2022. These initiatives include TANKER Awareness, World Kidney Day, CM Scheme-related Awareness initiatives. A Certificate of Recognition was presented to each of the 41 awardees.

TANKER Foundation Managing-Trustee, Mrs. Latha A. Kumaraswami, never tires of calling the staff the Angels on Earth, which truly they are.

For their part, receiving the award was a morale booster for the staff who must have resolved to show greater dedication to work.
