The TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation got good feedback from a couple of students of Arulmigu Kabaaleeswarar Arts and Science College, Kolathur, Chennai, for the valuable awareness session on kidney health held Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in the college. TAPP Head, Mrs. Rajalakshmi Ravi, led the team that included a volunteer and an intern.

Remarks: The session was handled by Mrs. Ramapriya and Mrs. Deepa, who emphasised the importance of maintaining kidney health through healthy dietary practices.
They highlighted the need to reduce excess sugar and salt intake in daily food habits to prevent lifestyle-related diseases and safeguard kidney function.
The programme created awareness among the participants on adopting simple lifestyle modifications for better health and overall well-being.
Finally, Mr. Sathish, 2nd year B.Sc. Computer Science student, and another girl shared their feedback on the session, highlighting the importance of such awareness programmes in daily life. In appreciation of his valuable feedback, TAPP Head, Mrs. Rajalakshmi Ravi honoured Mr. Sathish with the TANKER memento, which is a personalised, special ceramic mug.
Dr. Chandrasekar, YRC President and Head of the Tamil Department, introduced the TANKER Foundation and welcomed Mrs. Rajalakshmi Ravi.
