Newly-joined Zonal Health Officer (ZHO), Dr. Jawaharlal, and newly-joined Zonal Medical Officer (ZMO), Dr. Gowri Rajesh, visited the Valasaravakkam dialysis unit of TANKER Foundation, functioning out of the Urban Community Health Centre (UCHC), Friday, March 27, 2026.

Mr. Abdul Sukur, Area Manager, Valasaravakkam dialysis unit of TANKER Foundation, warmly welcomed the officials.

He also explained briefly about the various services rendered by TANKER Foundation.

The ZHO and ZMO were also honoured with the TANKER memento, which is a personalised, special, ceramic mug. The mug contains a map denoting the location of the 15 dialysis units and the images of the trustees, the Head of the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program and TANKER CME Committee members.

TANKER Foundation brochures were also given to them, said Mr. Abdul Sukur.
