TANKER Foundation Managing Trustee Mrs. Latha A. Kumaraswami met Dr. G. S. Sameeran IAS, Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation, and Mrs. Chitra Vijayan, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, R & F, on a visit focused on strengthening connections and sharing TANKER Foundation’s work in kidney care and community health.

During the meeting, Mrs. Latha presented a TANKER Foundation mug and a copy of Truth and Healing: Religion, Spirituality and Faith in Kidney Failure, the latest book authored by Dr. Georgi Abraham, President & Founder-Trustee of TANKER Foundation.

Truth and Healing explores the role of religion, spirituality, and faith in helping patients and families navigate the challenges associated with kidney failure, bringing together perspectives from leading kidney specialists.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to share TANKER Foundation’s continued commitment to kidney health awareness, preventive care, and accessible healthcare, particularly for people who need support the most.
