Mr. Hariharan Babu, who had a transplant 15 years ago, is now offering to help TANKER Foundation spread awareness on kidney health.

Mr. Babu visited the TANKER Foundation admin office at T. Nagar, Chennai, Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and was warmly received by Head Admin, Mrs. Vasanthi Ravichander, Executive – Accounts, Mrs. K. Sumathi, and Consultant, Mrs. Nirmala Sivakumar.

Speaking to them, Mr. Babu said he was keen on spreading awareness and motivating people for organ donation through his awareness programs.

He added that he was willing to help TANKER Foundation in spreading awareness.

As a token of affection, Mr. Babu presented a Thiruvalluvar statue to the office.

In turn, he was honoured with the TANKER memento, which is a personalised, special, ceramic mug. The mug sports a map indicating the places where the 15 dialysis units of TANKER Foundation are situated, and the images of the trustees, the Head of the awareness program and CME Committee members.
